My goal is to find out as much as I can about surgical and theatre nursing by 1/6/16.

I think that is where I want to work but I'm not sure as yet.

The reason I picked this date as it is after my acute placement so I should know a lot more about surgical nursing and if it is for me or not.

There are so many medications so I really want to learn more about them. By the end of my course, the 31/12/2016 I want to know 100 medications off by heart. I currently know 30 medications.

My current grade average is 75%. I really want to improve my grade average to 85-90% overall by the end of the course. The is important to me as I want to do further study after this course.
